Choose the appropriate model for your seed type. Determine the best installation location – recommended 6-12″ above the opener.
Cut the air seeder hoses at the desired installation points. Install any required adapters based on your hose diameter.
Attach seed brakes with sabre clamps. For adjustable models, start tractor and attach inlet side first.
Set fan to optimal seeding RPM. Measure airflow at center seed brake. Balance all others to match using washers.
Complete assembly by attaching remaining hoses to exit ports using sabre clamps. Secure all caps with silicone.
Run fan RPM 5-10% higher than factory specs. Prevent dips in hoses after seed brake installation.
